These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brawse Analytics browser extension ("Software"). By installing or using Brawse, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Circumvention: Bypass any license restrictions or security features
False Attribution: Remove or alter copyright notices

3.2 Content Restrictions

When using Brawse's filtering features, you agree:

4. Termination & Liability

4.1 Termination Rights

Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically:

By You Uninstall the extension
By Us For violation of these Terms
Automatically If we discontinue the Software

Upon Termination:

Cease Use: Immediately stop using the Software
Data Removal: May delete your stored data
Survival: Certain provisions will remain in effect

4.2 Disclaimers & Limitations

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties:

No Guarantees: We don't promise error-free operation
Data Accuracy: Analytics are estimates only
Browser Compatibility: May not work with all browsers/versions

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability,
whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in 
connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
